Our recreational curriculum follows the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic program standards. Girls in this program safely learn fundamental skills and progressions on traditional gymnastics equipment (floor, uneven bars, balance beam, vault and trampoline). They advance through skill achievement. These programs are intended for girls ages 5 and over.


Girls Recreational - Level 1

5 Years and Older Ratio 8:1 60 Minute Classes

Introduction to basic positions, fundamental skills and terminology.

Continued progressions based on fundamental skill-emphasis on strength, flexibility, & technique.

This class is for those who have passed level 1 or have been evaluated into this level by a Scale Gymnastics coach.

Girls Recreational - Level 3

6 Years and Older Ratio 8:1 2 hours a week

Advanced progressions based on fundamental skills. This class is for those students who have evaluated into this level. This class is faster pace for students who are ready to learn multi-skill tumbling passes and more difficult combinations on all apparatus.

This class is for those who have passed Level 1 and Level 2 or have been evaluated into this level by a Scale Gymnastics coach.
