Basic tumbling is used across a range of sports, even those you don't expect. The most obvious are gymnastics, acrobatics, and cheerleading, but skills learned in tumbling can also assist athletes in diving, competitive trampoline, and dancing. Tumbling combines strength, power, agility, and coordination that, when performed properly, results in an exciting and dynamic sport.

Tumbling - Level 1

Ratio 8:1 60 Minute Classes

This class will teach basic and fundamental tumbling skills (rolls, cartwheels, handstands, round-offs and an introduction to back handsprings).

Spring floor and trampoline will be part of each class.

Tumbling - Level 2

Ratio 8:1 60 Minute Classes

The main focus of this class will be to learn a round-off back handspring and standing back handspring. Aerial skills and drills will also be taught.
